As a teenager and young adult, Jussi managed his father’s restaurant. He brings that experience of running a business to his work as a software engineer.
At AYAL, you work directly with him. He explores your question, advises on the solution and handles design and technical implementation.

After graduating, he was trained and employed by Capgemini Engineering. Through that role, he worked at ASML as a software engineer.
Alongside his studies and employment, Jussi was already taking on a range of projects. In 2023, he founded his own company. Since then, he has worked with clients on software, automation and digital platforms.
Software and automation are our craft. Understanding what’s needed is part of that work.
A request for a dashboard or integration doesn’t tell the whole story. We look at who will use it, what information they need and where work gets stuck today.
Show us how a task works today. Where do you make a decision, look for information or wait for someone? That helps us understand the need behind the requested solution.
Your existing systems are the starting point. We explore what they already offer, what could be configured better and where connecting makes more sense than replacing.
Then a change in configuration or an existing integration may be the right solution. Custom work should add something to what you already have.
When existing tools don’t fit, we design and build what’s needed. We discuss technical choices in terms of everyday use, limitations and the maintenance involved.
We check the solution against everyday work. Can the right people use it? What happens when information is missing? And what will it take to keep using the solution?
You show how you work, involve the people who will use the solution and give feedback. Exceptions and workarounds are valuable information too.
He asks questions, explores possibilities and explains the choices. He then designs and builds the solution around how your organisation works.
The proposal sets out what we’ll make, what we need from each other, the schedule and the investment involved.
Support and further development are agreed for each project. We make clear what AYAL handles and what stays with your organisation.
