AYAL sets up your Microsoft 365 environment and manages accounts, access and the connected cloud environment as agreed. So you know how it works and who takes care of what.
For business owners, operations leads and internal coordinators who want clarity in their digital working environment.
AYAL receives the admin access needed. You keep control of accounts, licences and data.
SETUP & MANAGEMENT
From scattered questions
to clear agreements.
A new colleague. A shared mailbox. Access nobody can explain anymore. We map what is there and arrange what your organisation needs.
Accounts & access
Who can access what?
Align users, groups and permissions with the work people do. With clear arrangements when someone joins, changes role or leaves.
What does this cover?
AYAL can create or update accounts, assign licences, change access and review admin roles and additional sign-in verification (MFA). You decide what access is needed and who can approve changes.
Email & documents
Where do we collaborate?
Set up business email, shared mailboxes, Teams and SharePoint around the way your organisation works together.
What does this cover?
For example, we arrange email on your own domain, additional email addresses and access to shared files. Together we decide who manages a shared space and who may view or edit its information.
Overview & documentation
How is it all set up?
Document the setup, access and management arrangements. So essential knowledge does not sit with just one person.
What does this cover?
We agree what documentation is needed: an environment overview, admin access, responsible contacts and instructions for recurring changes. We also agree how this is maintained and handed over.
Agreed cloud management
What is connected to it?
Include domains and the connected cloud environment where needed. With a clear agreement about which parts AYAL manages.
What does this cover?
This could mean domain settings or the technical environment of a website or application. Hosting, maintenance and changes are itemised separately; they are not automatically included in Microsoft 365 management.
OWNERSHIP & RESPONSIBILITY
Your environment. Your control.
Delegating management works when responsibilities are clear. We agree that division before work starts.
Your organisationAYAL
Ownership
Your organisation
You keep control of your Microsoft 365 environment, domain, client-specific accounts, content and data. Licences remain subject to the supplier’s terms.
AYAL
AYAL manages the agreed parts through its own admin access, limited to what is needed for the work.
Changes
Your organisation
A named contact approves changes to permissions, licences, security, billing and account termination.
AYAL
AYAL carries out approved changes within the agreement and documents relevant adjustments.
Everyday use
Your organisation
You tell us who is joining, changing role or leaving, and what they need. Colleagues can ask ordinary support questions.
AYAL
AYAL helps with agreed Microsoft 365, account and cloud questions. Availability, channels and scope are agreed in advance.
Handover
Your organisation
You keep your environment and data when the collaboration ends. You name the person taking over management.
AYAL
Under the agreed termination terms, AYAL hands over documentation and administration. Its own admin access is then carefully removed or transferred.
FOR EXAMPLE · A COLLEAGUE LEAVES
You confirm the leaving date and what should happen to their mailbox and files. After approval, AYAL adjusts access and documents the changes.
WHAT DO YOU NEED NOW?
Start where
it matters.
A specific change may be enough. Sometimes you need an overview first. Ongoing management is agreed separately.
Put things in order
We examine the existing setup, access and documentation. You see what needs attention and receive a proposal for focused improvements.
Understand what is there first.
Set up or change something
A new environment, shared mailbox or access structure. We define the work, carry it out and check the agreed functionality together.
A defined task, clearly delivered.
Arrange ongoing management
For recurring account changes and support, we agree what AYAL manages, who approves changes and how requests are handled.
Clarity about what comes next.
Know what
to expect.
How does support work?
You can raise agreed Microsoft 365, account and cloud questions through the agreed channels. We use email where a request or change needs a written record. Availability and follow-up form part of the agreement. This is not a general helpdesk or a 24/7 emergency service.
What about licences and costs?
The proposal sets out the licences needed, supplier costs and AYAL’s work. The agreement depends on your environment and management needs. Licence terms, changes and cancellation follow the supplier’s conditions and your agreement.
What about backups, security or supplier outages?
We can review sign-in protection and admin roles, and discuss who is responsible for backups. Managed backup services, security services and recovery guarantees are outside this offer. For a supplier outage, we agree who contacts the supplier; AYAL is not responsible for its availability or recovery.
Can you take over an existing environment?
We first review the setup, available access, documentation and arrangements with your current administrator. Then we determine what is needed and feasible. A migration or recovery project needs a separate assessment and defined scope.
THE RIGHT SERVICE FOR YOUR QUESTION
Is it about management,
or the workflow?
Accounts, access and Microsoft 365 belong here. Need to pass data between systems automatically or build your own application? Then another service is the starting point.
You speak with Jussi Hailu, founder of AYAL. He explores your question, advises you and carries out the agreed setup and management.
Tell us how you use your Microsoft environment, what is unclear and what you want to improve. You do not need a technical overview ready. Exploration and analysis are part of preparing the proposal; you then decide whether to proceed.
Your next step starts here.
